Our Repair Process & Timelines

Every repair follows the same five-step path, from the first assessment to clean delivery. The timelines below are typical ranges. Actual turnaround depends on the damage, parts availability, and whether an insurance claim is involved. Most collision jobs run one to four weeks.

Step by Step

From Assessment to Clean Delivery

  1. Assessment & Insurance Review

We inspect the vehicle, document damage with photos, and review any insurance claim details. You receive a clear scope of work and an honest ballpark range so there are no surprises later.

Typical timeline: same day to 2 business days for the initial assessment.

  2. Direct Insurance Coordination

When a claim is involved, we work directly with your carrier, submit documentation, and negotiate the repair plan. This runs in parallel so parts ordering is not held up.

Typical timeline: 2 days to 1 week, depending on carrier response.

  3. Expert Repair In Shop

All work happens at our Yorba Linda facility. Structural, body, paint, mechanical, electrical, and trailer tasks are handled by one accountable team, so nothing is lost to outside hand-offs.

Typical timeline: most collision jobs run 1 to 4 weeks depending on parts and complexity.

  4. Multi-Point Quality Check

Before anything is signed off, the vehicle goes through a multi-point inspection. We verify fit and finish, confirm any sensor recalibration, and road test where appropriate.

Typical timeline: 1 to 2 business days.

  5. Clean Delivery & Follow-Up

The vehicle is cleaned and returned ready to work. We walk you through what was done, provide records for your files, and follow up to confirm everything is performing as expected.

Typical timeline: delivery on the scheduled day, with follow-up within the first week.

What Affects Turnaround

A realistic timeline depends on a few factors we review with you up front.

  • Parts availability, especially on older or specialty vehicles.
  • The extent of structural or frame damage uncovered during teardown.
  • Insurance carrier response time on claim approvals and supplements.
  • Refinishing scope, including color match and multi-panel blending.
  • Sensor recalibration and post-repair diagnostics where required.
