Insurance Billing

We coordinate directly with every major insurance carrier. When a repair is billed through insurance, the carrier-negotiated rates may differ from our posted retail labor rates. The amounts you see on your final documentation reflect the rates agreed with your carrier for that specific claim.

Parts

Depending on the repair and your preference, we may use original equipment, aftermarket, or quality reconditioned parts. Parts availability can affect both pricing and timeline. We identify the parts used on your written estimate so you know what is going on the vehicle.

Deposits

A deposit may be required before we order parts or begin work, especially on larger repairs or special-order components. Deposits are applied to your final invoice. See our terms of service and pricing page for more detail.

Ballpark Pricing

Any ranges shown on this site are ballpark figures intended to help you plan. They are not binding. A written estimate is prepared after we inspect the vehicle.
